We are seeking a Summer worker in Computer vision and deep learning to join our Products Research and Development (PR&D) team in Lund (hybrid).
As our summer worker, you will work hands-on with deep learning models, utilizing Google Tensorflow to write and run scripts for training and evaluating models in Python. You will be trying out different strategies of using various augmentation methods, training the model, and evaluating how they affect accuracy.
In addition, you will experiment with tiling of images and evaluate how this affects accuracy and performance. You will also build Python modules for tiling datasets and composing combined outputs from tiled input. In the assignment wou will also examine and pinpoint situations where the model performs poorly, annotate and append new data to strengthen the model for these situations. Throughout the assignment, you will document progress and results.
Working as part of our PR&D development team in Lund, you will receive guidance and support from your colleagues, who will help you to learn our tools and development environment.
